is as official tour operator since 1996 specialized in temporary rentals of selected high standard or luxurious properties exclusively in France: in the South - the ‘Midi’, in the West, in Bretagne and Normandie, on Corsica, in the French alps, in some French cities and in the Caribbean (French West Indies).

As tour operator we act as agency between the owners of the properties or our local contractors in France on one side and the rental prospects and guests on the other side.  We know some of the rental properties personally, for the others we can count on the integrity and professional knowledge of our long-term local contractors who examine thoroughly each property before it is integrated in our program. In addition, our guests are regularly contacted during and after their stay in one of our properties to inquire if everything is or was in order with the property.

is (since 1995) an independent, neutral information-, search- and counsel-service for prospects of real-estate properties in the South of France. We help and counsel with the research of these properties and work closely with renowned French real-estate agencies.

Gerhard "Gérard" Seidler, the company owner, is with his wife since 1995 owner of a village-house in Blauzac near Uzès / Pont du Gard in Languedoc-Roussillon (from time to time our second office in France).
